Delish & Decor FL

Back in the 90s, my mom typed up all of her recipes on a typewriter, bought a 3-ring binder with page protectors and POOF she had her own cookbook! It was such a hit that she made copies of all 71 pages (one by one on an old-school at-home copier) x 5... for her mother and siblings, and later down the line... x 3 for my siblings. I now have the original cookbook, with the same cover page we had back then. This slightly stained little heirloom gave me the idea to make a compilation of my own recipes just like my mom did back in the day. (So here we are!) In addition to the occasional cooking session, I also love home decor. Decorating for holidays, DIY stuff, or finding someone's trash on the side of the road and making it my own treasure... all of the above! And lastly, I love my good ol' home state of Florida and everything it's natural beauty has to offer. I like exploring the "non-touristy" side of Florida (and maybe sometimes the VERY touristy stuff too!). I plan on sharing a bit of everything here, and that is where Delish & Decor FL came from! Join me as I grow my digital collection!
